Architectural Change Info
Planning to Make Architectural Changes/Additions/Replacements to Your Property?
As a general rule, if you are making any changes that are visible from the outside, you will need to complete an Architectural Change Form for review. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Exterior Paint, Gutters, Siding, Roofing, Trim, etc.
- Exterior Shutters, Doors, Windows, Sliding/French Doors, etc.
- Landscaping, Trees, Retaining Walls, Sprinkler Systems, etc.
- Deck, Pergola, All Season Rooms, etc.
- Fence, Trash Can Enclosure
- Concrete work, Porch, Patio, Sidewalk, Driveway, Firepit, etc.
- In-ground Swimming Pool, Spa/Hot tub
Before you can begin your project, please complete the Architectural Review Application. Many projects may also require a Permit from the City of Wentzville. Below is contact information for CPM (our property manager) and the City of Wentzville. Be sure to check with both before starting your project. Please note, that just because the City allows a certain project, does not mean the HOA allows the project. Don't cost yourself money by completing a project without HOA approval and City Permit.
